If you usually shy away from networking this is the event for you. Draw on networking experiences from cultural professionals and develop your own networking skills. Hear about techniques and advice for making the connection to building and maintaining those relationships. Find out where to go to broaden your networks on and offline.
Joining us are:
Sarah Gee: co-founder and managing partner of Indigo Ltd (Arts Fundraising and Marketing Consultancy Firm). She has previously worked in a variety of roles across the music industry and regularly leads training for Arts Marketing Association, British Council and other UK arts industry organisations.
Hannah Clements: an employability, careers and mentoring practitioner with 15 years experience in UK education. She's currently a Freelance Careers Consultant, Coach and Trainer at Career Creatives and Senior Lecturer at London Southbank University in Career Education and Guidance.
James Hopkirk: the Editor of IdeasTap, an online arts network and charity that supports and funds creative people in the UK. James has been working as a journalist and editor for 15 years - previously at ITV.com, MTV.co.uk and The Sunday Times.
