Zoom workshop: Imposter Syndrome - YPIA Event

Zoom workshop: Imposter Syndrome | 8th September 2020 | 6pm

Location: Zoom

On Tuesday 8th September, we will be hosting a coaching workshop designed to help you understand Imposterism (sometimes called Imposter Syndrome) and share techniques and insights to help you manage it.

Imposterism is incredibly common (around 70% of us experience it at any one time), and it can be utterly debilitating. Sadly, there are no quick fixes. However, the good news is that you can learn to manage your Imposterism and this highly interactive workshop aims to help you do that.

Led by Executive Coaches Nicky Chambers and Lisa Quinn, the workshop will last 90 minutes, and will cover the following:
  • What Imposterism is (and what it isn't)
  • How your strengths can help you manage it, as can a growth mindset
  • How to apply what you've learnt in your own life and work

Lisa and Nicky are keen to make the workshop as specific as possible to those attending, so if you'd like to come, please do let us know:
  • What situations act as a trigger for your Imposter Syndrome?

You may also want to access the free VIA Strengths survey to identify your own strengths before attending: viacharacter.org/survey/account/register.

The workshop starts at 6pm, runs for 90 minutes, and at 7.30pm, Nicky and Lisa will be available for a Q and A with those participants who want to stay on the call. You'll work as a group, and as small groups of 3-4 in breakout rooms.
