Would you like to change your career path but are unsure how to go about it? It can sometimes feel daunting, or even impossible, to step into a new area within the arts - whether that's a different sector or role.

This event will support those who are reconsidering their options, bringing together a panel of speakers who have hopped across the creative sector and carved out their own unique - sometimes unconventional - career paths. They'll speak about their experiences and offer guidance for anyone considering a career move, jump or sidestep.

The event will support you to identify your strengths and transferable skills, and give you top tips on how to approach a career move.

You’ll have the chance to put all your burning questions to the speakers after a short panel discussion, and there'll also be breakout room opportunities with the panellists.
