Meet the Panel:

Nicki Wenham - Director, Rayfield Allied graduated in music from the University of Birmingham in 2004. After a six-month internship with the Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment, she took up a position with artist management company Sulivan Sweetland. In October 2008 she joined Ingpen & Williams as an Artist Manager looking after around twenty international singers, conductors and instrumentalists as well as working closely with the West-Eastern Divan Orchestra for their UK touring. In 2012, she participated in the Clore Emerging Leaders course and in the same year, was interviewed and selected by Musical America as a "rising star of the performing arts business." From 2016-2021 Nicki worked as a Senior Artist Manager at Maxine Robertson Management until joining Rayfield Allied in September 2021 as a Director.

Jo Fry - Associate Director, Askonas Holt studied music at Edinburgh University before joining the record company Select Music – working as a label manager and then in international A&R for Naxos Records. He then went to Decca Records as an Executive Producer, for artists such as Vladimir Ashkenazy, Alfred Brendel and Albrecht Mayer – before moving across to the world of management at Askonas Holt in late 2009 as an Artist Manager. He is now an Associate Director. Outside of work, Jo founded and conducted the chamber choir VOX, and has composed various short film scores, trailers, adverts and choral works.
