Nicki Wenham - nicki@ypia.co.uk
Nicki graduated in music from the University of Birmingham in 2004. After a six-month internship with the Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment she took up a position with artist management company Sulivan Sweetland. In October 2008 she joined Ingpen & Williams as an artist manager, working alongside one the company's directors, David Sigall. A founding member and director of ypia, Nicki chairs the Music committee.
Andreas Flohr - andreas@ypia.co.uk
Andreas studied music in Hamburg, Germany before graduating in music and arts management from City University and Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London in 2005. Advanced studies at Universities in Salzburg, Chicago and Shanghai lead him to further his academic education and he earned his MBA in December 2007. Andreas gained professional experiences from internships at English Chamber Orchestra, English National Opera and the International Artist Managers' Association, where he took up the post of Manager: Membership and Projects in September 2007. Andreas has since moved to Bonn to take up a new post there, but retains his role as a Director of ypia and oversees ypia's finances.
Andrew Fletcher - andrew@ypia.co.uk
Andrew read history at Durham University and now works at the National Theatre. He previously worked for various performing arts venues including the Pleasance Edinburgh, Manchester Opera House, the Tabard Theatre and Wigmore Hall. He is also a freelance theatre producer working on the London fringe. Andrew is a Director of ypia and chairs the ypia Theatre committee.
